ABOUT ME

My name is Roshani Amati Naik, and I am the owner of Antranga Holistic Healing. As a Patient Safety Scientist, Functional Medicine and Nutrition Expert, and an Internationally certified Yoga Trainer, my mission is to empower women by providing the tools and knowledge often overlooked in conventional education and within our families and society.


I founded this organization because I profoundly understand the emotional turmoil that women experience, stemming from hormonal changes and mental health challenges often exacerbated by a lack of knowledge in managing emotions and the mind. My personal journey began with my struggles against hypothyroidism, which were rooted in emotional suppression and stress. The pressures of life, peer competition, and my own challenges propelled me toward a path of self-discovery. In my quest for healing, I embraced holistic approaches that not only nourished my body but also helped me confront and resolve the emotional struggles I had long buried.


Through my work, I aim to create a supportive, women-centric space that fosters empowerment and well-being, emphasizing the vital connection between mental, emotional, and physical health.
